After 3 months of service with Centaur everyone is eligible to join our pension scheme and make contributions into personal pension funds.

We currently operate a personal pension scheme, you contribute 3% and Centaur will contribute 5%.



We offer annual entitlement of 25 days leave, plus public holidays to all new employees. Our holiday year runs from 1st January.

In addition, employee loyalty is rewarded for every year of service with extra 1 day holiday entitlement, up to 30 days.
