 To ensure the smooth day to day running of the office front of house. Daily office operations – answering telephone calls, meet/greeting guests, post handling, arranging couriers, supporting the Executive Committee team and much more!. Liaising with the WeWork community team.


  • Deputising for the Office Manager
  • Providing ad-hoc Executive Assistant duties to the Exco team, including deputizing for the EAs
  • To take ownership of the front of house area offering an outstanding meet and greet service to all visitors, occupiers and clients
  • Answering and dealing with telephone queries
  • Sorting and distributing office mail and organising outgoing mail and postage
  • Ensuring smooth general office running and that everyone has the tools/services they need
  • Taking ownership of keeping the office tidy and in order
  • Ensuring the office is the best possible environment for all our employees
  • Works very closely with the WeWorkcommunity team
  • Manage office supplies ensuring adequate stocks of office stationery and other sundry items
  • General administrative duties and support
