Specialist HR

Specialist HR functions are the fastest-growing areas within HR departments, particularly in big global firms. Centaur’s specialist HR portfolio focuses on employee benefits, which are critically important to recruiting, retaining and motivating staff, and global mobility. Global mobility is served through the Forum for Expatriate Management, which unites the worldwide global mobility community through an information portal and an annual calendar of international networking events. The Employee Benefits portfolio also encompasses pensions, which are now top of employers’ agendas because of the government’s auto-enrolment initiative, and the newly emerging sector of workplace savings.
