Accenture Interactive has been named the Top 100 Digital Agency according to Econsultancy’s annual publication, with UK fee income from digital reported at over £284 million. SapientRazorfish came in at second with over £197 million whilst IBM iX are listed in third place with over £195 million.
Running in its fifteenth year, the Top 100 Digital Agencies report lists the largest digital agencies, ranked by their fee income from digital activities in the UK. The report features in-depth analysis and commentary on the state of the industry, along with information on each Top 100 agency to assist client-side professionals in choosing the right partner to help achieve their business goals.
After a tremendous year of growth and following its ambitious acquisition trail, Accenture Interactive stands as the largest digital network in the industry, with global revenues exceeding $4.4 billion.

Digital transformation is about change management, business strategy, data architecture, process, systems integration and cultural transformation, all of which is home turf to consultancies who have been aggressively acquiring or hiring agency talent.”
The total fee income of the Top 100 agencies surpassed £2.3 billion this year, with 65% of agencies saying they were ‘very optimistic’ about the next 12 months, despite a hyper competitive agency landscape and further consolidation in the market.
Other findings from the report include:
- The top five agencies hold 39% of the fee income of the entire Top 100.
- The average projected fee income increase for the next 12 months across the Top 100 this year is 20%.
- Over seven in ten (72%) agencies listed in the report are projecting that their fee income will rise by 20% or more over the coming year.
