PURPOSE

This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment function and supporting recruiting managers across the business to ensure best practice across selection and recruitment activity.  There is also a need to consolidate the online presence of the company, enhance and reinforce the Employer Brand and create a direct hire approach in order to reduce overall spend.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Projects

  • Review the recruitment process for all levels and functions within the organisation
  • Review the strategy for recruiting via social media and consolidate our existing online presence
  • Develop and promote our Employer Brand
  • Survey recent recruits to help diagnose the appropriate focus for added value and process improvement
  • Enhance the user experience and content of the Centaur Careers web page
  • Effectively manage Preferred Suppliers List with fixed terms for all participants, including implementing the new supplier and Purchase Order process

Operational

  • Screening & interviewing candidates
  • Manage agency relationships and the Preferred Suppliers List
  • Provide recruitment selection metrics and report to the Ex Co on a monthly basis
  • Identify appropriate recruitment pools for regularly vacant roles and procure services accordingly
  • Ownership of the vacancy approval process
  • Administration in connection with issuing contracts, paperwork, background checking, and on boarding
  • Support managers with their active vacancies (depth of support to be determined)
  • Ensure a comprehensive, fair and robust selection process is adopted across the organisation
  • Provide administrative support for senior searches
  • Promote internal applications and redeployment opportunities
  • Manage speculative applications in a professional way that maintains the reputation of the organisation and builds a talent pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with the HRBPs to understand the business and its resourcing needs
  • Provide training/coaching to recruiting managers on interviewing skills
  • Lead agency briefings for key roles/challenging vacancies
